Information We Collect

Chirp collects the information needed to run the app, including bird photos you choose to upload, generated bird artwork, sanctuary data, purchase status, basic app diagnostics, and your profile name or phone number only if you choose to add them to your account.

How We Use Information

We use this information to identify birds, create and store bird artwork, sync your sanctuary, manage purchases and balances, improve reliability, and provide support.

Photos

Photos are only processed when you choose to upload them. Uploaded photos may be sent to service providers that help identify birds and generate bird artwork. Generated assets and related bird records may be stored so your sanctuary can sync across devices.

Purchases

Chirp uses Apple and RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and subscription status. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Chirp, comply with legal requirements, prevent abuse, or protect the app and its users.

Your Choices

You can contact us to request help with your account or data. You may also delete the app from your device at any time.
